What are the recommended browsers?
The latest versions of most major browsers are recommended and are supported on both desktop and mobile devices.

How do I reset my password?
Select “Sign In” at the top right of the Pyvot Explore homepage. This opens the Sign In page. Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom right of this page. Enter your email and a link will be sent to you to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Once you log in, click on your profile at the top right of the page. Note: This is a circle icon with either your initials or a picture you have uploaded. Select the User Information tab. This tab displays your profile information and a section where you can change your current password.
How do I find my transcript?
Once you log in, click on your profile at the top right of the page. Note: This is a circle icon with either your initials or a picture you have uploaded. Select the Transcript tab. This tab displays a listing of all your completed learning content. You can search, sort and print the transcript from this view.
How do I view my notifications?
Once you log in, click on your profile at the top right of the page. Note: This is a circle icon with either your initials or a picture you have uploaded. Select the Notifications tab. From here, you can view your messages, mark them as read or delete them.
How do I change my notification settings?
Once you log in, click on your profile at the top right of the page. Note: This is a circle icon with either your initials or a picture you have uploaded. Select the Notifications tab. At the top right, there is a gear icon for Notification Settings. You can turn on and off the notifications if the permissions have been set for personal control.
How do I find new learning content?
Once you log in, you can find new learning content from a few different places. The welcome page features learning content we think you might be interested in. If you want to see other offerings, select the Home tab and start browsing.
How do I find the learning content I already registered for?
Once you log in, you can find all of your registered content on your Dashboard tab. This is where you will find all your active learning content, as well as the historical content you have already completed. You can search this content as well as filter and sort it based on your needs.
